Christy at the front desk was super cool, she got us a room with awesome mountain view plus outdoor hot tub/pool open 24/7, perfect for a chill night. The breakfast with their awesome biscuits and gravy was a bomb! The outdoor pool was our fave and the rooms were neat, major shoutout to the maid who cleans like a pro! 🌟 Just a heads up, room 302 needs a few touch-ups, but didn't bug us much.

I stayed at a hotel near some cool shopping and tasty eats. It's a sweet spot for exploring nearby nature spots and theme parks. I feasted on some amazing BBQ and seafood while enjoying the free brekkie. The room was cozy, with all the tech and a comfy bed. The park nearby has live music galore. I chilled in the hot tubs and even hit the kid's pool. What a rad getaway! My favorite part was soaking in the in-room hot tub; pure bliss! Cheers from Down Under!

During my recent business trip to Pigeon Forge, I stayed at the Quality Inn Near The Island Pigeon Forge, chosen by my director. The hotel offers a relaxing experience with its two hot tubs and a children's pool. The free property-wide Wi-Fi was convenient for staying connected, and the 24-hour reception provided a sense of security. In addition, the on-site launderette was a helpful amenity for keeping my clothes fresh during the trip. Being close to Dollywood and the beautiful national parks added to the overall experience, making it a delightful stay.

The room lacked a closet.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was favourable so close to shows the kids loved the swimming pools as well as many attractions within walking distance. The service was outstanding and the pool was very clean.

Good dishes, central location near everything loved the hot tub. Based really close to all area attractions, the Great Smoky Mountains, and a Subway.

The hotel was clean and centrally located in a very convenient area really close to Easy to walk to several restaurants as well as The Island and restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn Near The Island. Friendly staff, clean tub, and potential for room upgrades. Door lock issue resolved promptly. Beautifully updated rooms and comfortable beds. Outdoor pool was a hit with my boys. Great location across from The Island. Will return.
